Refund policy

Return Policy:

If you are interested in starting a return, please email me at “shoploungechic@hotmail.com”. Title your subject as: “RETURN: (order #)”.

Please review our return policy to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet the requirements will not be accepted.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It must not have any signs of visible wear such as: makeup, deodorant stains, deodorant odors, fragrances. Otherwise the return will be rejected. You’ll also need proof of purchase such as an order number. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit. 

LoungeChic Boutique reserves the right to reject any return that is not within the 14-day return window and/or in the original condition it was sent.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You can notify us of any issues through our contact form on our website. Please make sure to include important details such as order number, when you received your item and any defects. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Items marked as FINAL SALE will not be accepted or eligible for a return/exchange. These items include ALL jewelry and accessories and SALE ITEMS. 

 

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please make sure to review our return policy before returning any items.

 

Refunds


Refunds will be processed as store credit.

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive a separate confirmation email with your store credit and return information.
